Derricks & Diamonds has a unique structure of providing 100% of all proceeds made to its primary beneficiary, Texas Children's Hospital. All proceeds are divided evenly between Texas Children's Charity Care Program and Texas Children's Cancer Center. In addition, National Oilwell Varco and Schlumberger also make donations to TCH on behalf of the event.
Sponsorship is solicited from companies throughout the Oil and Gas industry solely benefitting Texas Children's Hospital. A sponsorship level of Grand Slam or above, gives the opportunity to send a co-ed softball team to participate in the tournament. Sponsorship levels include:
Triple Play - Under $2,500
- Company Logo listed on all event related publications including banners, t-shirts and tournament program
- Recognition of donation level on the Derricks & Diamonds website with link to the donating company's home page
- Company listed on the official Derricks & Diamonds donor and team photo collage
- Company name listed on Texas Children's Hospital's annual "Honor Roll of Donors" publication
Home Run - $2,500 to $4,999
- All the benefits of the previous donation levels plus...
- 1/4 page of free advertising space in the Official Derricks & Diamonds Tournament Program.

- Thank You Plaque respective of donation level

Grand Slam - $5,000 to $9,999

- Eligible to send 1 softball team to participate in tournament

- Gift bags for each team participating
- Bat boy/girl per each team participating
- Mounted team photo

All-Star - $10,000 to $24,999
- All the benefits of the previous donation levels plus...
- Eligible to send up to four teams to participate in tournament
- 1 full page of free advertising space in the Official Derricks & Diamonds Tournament Program
- Invitation for three plus guest to Check Presentation Dinner/Gala
World Series - $25,000 and up

- Eligible to send five plus teams to participate in tournament
- Full two-page spread of free advertising space in the Official Derricks & Diamonds Tournament Program
